Breakfast Panoramic City Tour of Santiago. Santiago is a city that surprises with its contrasts. Surrounded by the majesty of Los Andes mountain chain, you will be able to admire The Presidential Palace of La Moneda, The Metropolitan Cathedral and the distinguished equestrian club. Traveling around the main avenue Alameda Bernardo O'Higgins, walk through the pedestrian streets that take you to the Plaza de Armas surrounded by historic buildings, the Santa Lucia hill and the Forestal park with Mapocho river at his side, is a real adventure. After that we will go to Central market to participate in a culinary tour where you can choose the ingredients to prepare our lunch.We will continue to El Galeon Restaurant for our interactive kitchen. Lunch in the restaurant.

Leaving the hotel, we will head south and get to the Maipo River Valley where one of the biggest and most important wineries of Chile was founded: Concha y Toro. This winery is situated in a zone which is ideal for the production of Cabernet Sauvignon, the most traditional red wine of the country. We will be doing some wine tasting and have the chance to buy some souvenirs from our visit to the winery. Later the tour will be continued to The Cachapoal Valley, particularly Alto Cachapoal close to the coastal mountain range, have been the center of attention among French investors and wine lovers. Many famous winegrower families from Bordeaux, Alsace and the Loire region have either merged with long-established Chilean winemakers or have built up their own wineries to produce quality red wine of French character. Lunch in Entre Rios Restaurant Visit Altair vineyard, where you know that the work is done entirely by hand and their philosophy.

 Return to Santiago. Overnight

Breakfast at the hotel. Halfway between Santiago and the central coast, 45 minutes from Santiago, you will find this valley renown for its climate conditions under which the soil and the temperatures are strongly influenced by the maritime breezes. Its white grapes are the most acclaimed ones. We will visit Matetic winery. The visit to this place will be combined with a lunch in a sophisticated restaurant. Later the tour will continue to Emiliana winery where we invite you to enjoy a complete Organic & Biodynamic experience, with a blind tasting. Return to Santiago.

Departure from your hotel in the morning to take Route 5 south towards the Colchagua Valley. We will cross fields, prairies and numerous agricultural plantations. After travelling for 110 miles, we will arrive to our destination. We will visit Casa Silva vineyard through which interned in the history and lifestyle of the family Silva and his passion for wine. Then we will visit Viu Manent and Enjoy a full rounded experience with Viu Manent wines. In a vintage horse-drawn carriage, travel through time visiting the winery, vineyards, cellars and La Llaveria visiting center. Return to Santiago.

Breakfast Transfer to the Santiago airport for your flight to Mendoza. Arrival and reception at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will take a city tour during which we will try to immerse ourselves into the local culture, a key aspect to understand the wine production process. This excursion will allow us to travel all over Mendoza city, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful places of the country. We will visit the old city, where Mendoza was founded, the downtown, the Civic Center, and the General San Martin Park where we will find Cerro de la Gloria and Frank Romero Day Greek Theater. This amphitheatre is the central stage of The National Vintage Festival.Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast We will leave for Mendoza’s agricultural central oasis guided by an expert guide who will accompany us throughout the tour tasting wine and visiting vineyards. We will visit three prestigious wineries, their facilities and be able to participate in a guided wine tasting experience, during which we will begin to get familiarized with the local wines and the process of elaboration. At noon, we will have lunch and enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience, practicing all tasting techniques. Return to the hotel.Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast We will enjoy the pleasure of visiting Valle de Uco. Accompany us to discover its territory guided by experts. We will leave for Mendoza’s agricultural oasis of Valle de Uco, 100 km from Mendoza City. The first mountain sides of the Andes’ foothills present the highest altitudes at which wines are produced in Mendoza. We will visit three wineries and enjoy a wine tasting session, during which we will begin to familiarize ourselves with the local wines, and their elaboration process. At noon, we will have lunch in one winery`s restaurant, where we will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience, practicing all tasting techniques. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

After breakfast, the hotel checks me out and transfers me to the airport.
